Rachel Berger is being escorted this evening by Harrison Reynolds. Rachel has been active in track, intramurals, yearbook, and Fine Art at the high school. She is very interested in volunteering and worked this summer in the local hospitals. Rachel also enjoys photography, running, kickboxing, shopping, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, reading, snowboarding, and attending country music concerts. Rachel's future goals include pursuing a career in fashion, journalism or early childhood education possibly at Kent State University or The University of Akron. Amanda Linsky is being escorted this evening by Dave Jindra. Amanda has participated in choir, yearbook and intramural flag football. In the 9th grade she was a basketball cheerleader and president of the pep club. Outside of school Amanda keeps busy playing softball for Mentor girls in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. She enjoys football games, going to Cavs games and hanging out with her friends. Amanda plans on attending Ohio State and getting a degree in fashion or business. After obtaining her degree she plans on moving to Los Angeles or New York to pursue a career as a fashion designer or CEO of a big company. Tayler Lofquist is being escorted this evening by Marvin Schulz. Taylor has been involved in National Honors Society and Varsity Fast pitch softball while attending the high school. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, and spending time with her friends. After graduation she would like to attend Georgetown and study to become a lawyer. Lauren McNiel is being escorted this evening by Kevin Kraus. While attending the high school Lauren has been involved in symphonic and wind ensemble her sophomore and junior years. She is a member of Future Leaders and vice president of the drama club. She has been a member of every theater production since her sophomore year. Lauren is also a member of National Honor Society, the interactive media program, dance captain and member of Top 25 as well as the Mentor Cardinal mascot! When she is not busy at school Lauren is in a youth group and chancel choir at Mentor Plains United Methodist Church, a dancer at Dance Theater of Ohio, taken jazz, ballet, and point for 13 years. She has been a pianist for 10 years, writes, stars and directs in films that she makes with her friends, works at Turi photography and spends time with her boyfriend Marc. After high school she plans on attending college and pursuing a degree in film to become a writer, director and/or a STAR! Melissa Ritchey is being escorted this evening by Bobby Welly. While at Mentor Melissa has been a football cheerleader, a member of National Honor Society, a class officer a member of student council and future leaders. Outside of school she is involved in dance and gymnastics and enjoys spending time with her friends. After graduation Melissa plans to attend college and major in either business or education. Dia Signorelli is being escorted this evening by Mitch Mcgrath. While attending Mentor she has participated in cheerleading and swimming. This year she is also participating in the post secondary education option Dia likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys snowboarding, traveling and shopping. She plans to attend a four-year college after graduation. At this time she is leaning towards Ohio State or Ohio University to study medicine and hopefully become a pediatrician She also hopes to someday get married and have a family. Megan Smith is being escorted by Anthony Adicello. Megan has been a football cheerleader since the 9th grade and is currently the captain of the varsity football cheerleading. She is a Student Council Representative and in the marketing program. When not at school her hobbies include cheerleading, gymnastics and hanging out with friends. After graduation she plans to attend Kent State University or Ohio University to pursue a career in biology with a second major in pharmaceutical sales and marketing. Emily Stenger is being escorted by Nate Wilson. Emily has been a basketball cheerleader and participates in intramural football at Mentor High school. Emily's hobbies include working out, hanging out with friends. She makes and alters her own clothes. She enjoys singing, dancing, drawing cheerleading and shopping for a good bargain. Emily has diverse interests and so is wavering between two future areas of study. Option one includes going into business or fashion merchandising since she loves creating and reinnovating clothes Option two involves becoming a coronor and going into forensic sciences to solve murders or deaths. Kara is being escorted this evening by Wes Kasic. While at Mentor High School she has been involved in Luda, Little Sisters and a member of the championship intramural kickball team Kara's hobbies include watching Roseanne, playing the harmonica, Frisbee, cornhole and making horror movies. In the future Kara plans to attend Lakeland for two years and then move on to either the Art Institute of Pittsburgh or Virginia Marti for graphic design and art history Eventually she would like to move to NYC and live in a studio apartment. Jamie Zeal is being escorted this evening by Glenn Cormack. As a freshman Jamie played volleyball and softball for Mentor High School. This is her fourth year in the school's Fine Art program She also keeps busy with many AP and honors classes her at MHS Last year she participated in intramural bowling to take a break from the rigors of studying after school. Outside of school Jamie loves to spend time with her friend and her boyfriend. She enjoys going to parks and giving into her Peter Pan syndrome She has been waterskiing since she was a toddler and loves spending time at the lake She spends her Saturday mornings volunteering at Lake East Hospital After high school Jamie plans on attending college and studying medicine. Although this requires years of hard work,her real goal in life is to fall in love and be happy. |
