Notes:
- In your remaining two-and-one-half years in high school, take some time to learn more about careers that interest you. Talk to people who work in fields you’d like to know more about. If possible, visit them on the job. Check into possibilities for summer jobs or internships.
- Your chances of being able to continue your education or training and of getting financial aid are much better if you start planning early.
- If you plan to attend college, consult the “Timeline for College Planning” on page 15 of Using Your PLAN Results. It gives you a general timetable of important deadlines.
