Twenty-five miles east of
Cleveland, Mentor High School is a three year
comprehensive high school with 2,500 students. Accredited
by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
and by the Ohio Board of Education, Mentor High is a part
of the Mentor Exempted Village
Schools,
district which oversees three other junior highs and twelve elementary schools.
The district educates the surrounding communities
of Mentor, Mentor-on-the-Lake, and portions of Concord and Kirtland, which
total a population of 50,000.
