Due to technical defects, some teams were not awarded trophies. The Mentor High Science Olympiad team wishes to extend apologies to the teams that did not receive recognition and congratulate them on their performances! Your trophies will be coming in the mail!

Signups Open Feb. 4, 9PM

  • We are using the ESUS system develope by SO Cal
  • Passwords were sent out at 11 AM on Feb 1
  • Problems: Email us at the address in the Welcome letter
  • Signups will close Feb 14 at 9 PM.

  • Any student can do these events, even if they are not on the 15-person roster. B and C will compete at the same time but will be graded as separate divisions. Also, these events are the only events in which students from the same school, but not necessarily on the same team, may compete together.
  • Students can sign up for these events at the event rooms on the day of the invitational. Due to time, space, and supply constraints, Pentathlon will be limited to one team per school.

Guest Speaker: Robert T "Bob" Graf

"Robert T. Graf is corporate vice president, data science and analytics for The Lubrizol Corporation. He joined Lubrizol in 1985 and has held a variety of technical management roles throughout Lubrizol including a two-year assignment with GE-Lubrizol, a joint venture company. In 2004 he was named vice president of research and development for Lubrizol Additives, and in 2008, he was named to the executive leadership team as corporate vice president, research and development. He was elected to his current position in 2017."
