CardCredit update


Dear Parents,


CardCredit, the district’s new electronic meal payment system, is now live at all schools. I would like to thank all students, parents and staff for their patience and hard work in ensuring a smooth transition to this exciting technology. While some isolated glitches were anticipated, we are working through them and can assure you that all money you deposit into your child’s meal balance will be accessible to them in the lunch and breakfast lines. We encourage all parents to utilize the prepay system to help make our food service process as efficient as it can be. If you are not using the online prepay option, we encourage you to send more cash than is needed for a single lunch, so that the change can be deposited into your child’s account for future use. Money deposited will stay with the child’s account indefinitely, and will roll over from year to year. Parent survey online now


Mentor Public Schools is currently conducting an online survey to measure parent satisfaction with support services in the district. The survey covers food, transportation and buildings & grounds services throughout Mentor Schools, providing a simple, low-cost way of meeting one of our vision statements: to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The survey is available now via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal at www.mentorschools.org.
