Cheerleading
The MHS Competitive Football Cheerleaders finished their season with a great record. They competed against great teams from all over the state in the Varsity Non Mount Advanced Division (the most difficult cheer division for non mounting school teams).
Their record for the 2008 season was as follows:
1st place at the Grand Champions at the Cheersport Championship held in Columbus, OH.
2nd place at the Great Lakes Cheerleading "Very Scary" Championship held in Sandusky, OH
1st place at Grand Chapions at the Jamfest "SpiritJam" Championship held in Columbus, OH
3rd place at the COA "Holiday Kickoff" Championship held in Columbus, OH
1st place at the All Star Cheerleading "Spirit Spectacular" Championship held in Canton, OH
