Class work:  Passed back papers.  See me to get yours back.  Looked at pictures of soup kitchens, unemployment lines, the Dust Bowl as seen in the 1930's posters.  See me to take a look at the posters.  Everyone took notes from the facts at the bottom of the posters.  It was only about 3/4 of a page of notes, since you don't need to take notes on information that you've already learned.

Homework:  None.

Class work: In 7-8 and 11-12, we finished the note page from Thursday on the causes of the Great Depression.  Download the answers to the note page here (front side and back side) or get the notes from a classmate.  All the classes looked at the note page that was passed out on Monday (front side and back side).  The class did a short simulation about President Hoover's approach to the Great Depression, ask a class mate about the experience, since there' no way to make this up.  There is also a 1/2 sheet of notes that summarizes the activity, so download it or pull it from the in class folder.

Homework:  Mid-term Exam Review Sheet #s 1 - 30 on Page 1.  Pull the page from the in class folder or download it.
