The Top 25 Show Choir is a select group of students from the Choral Music Department at Mentor High School. The singers are chosen by audition for their singing, dancing, and performance abilities. This year's show includes a variety of blockbuster hits from various Broadway Shows over the past decades.

The ShowChoir was founded in 1965, and is now in its thirty-third year of performances serving Lake County and the northeastern areas of Ohio. The group performs regularly for community events, schools, church organizations, banquets, business meetings and at festivals in northeast Ohio.

Performing tours in the United States have included travel to major cities on the east coast, west coast, and in between. They have traveled to Canada, Mexico, and many European countries, including Scandinavia, England, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic and most recently a tour of Denmark and Norway.

As the group ends its 1997 - 1998 performance season in June, Top 25 will travel to Orlando for a ten day performance tour with their choreographer, Dave Mathey. They will perform at the major venues in the area including Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, Universal Studios, MGM, and Busch Gardens.
